VA999 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

1Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the VA999 platform, accessible at va999.cx and any associated mobile web addresses. All activity that takes place on your VA999 account — including bets placed, deposits made and bonuses claimed — is your responsibility. VA999 will not be liable for losses that occur before an unauthorised access report is submitted.

You must ensure that your account information remains accurate and up to date at all times. If your contact details, payment method or personal information changes, you must update your account promptly. Outdated information that causes a withdrawal to fail or a verification to be delayed is not VA999's responsibility.

4Deposits and PKR Wallet

All funds on VA999 are held and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no conversion layer between a foreign currency and PKR — your wallet balance is the actual PKR amount held and it does not fluctuate with exchange rates.

VA999 supports the following deposit methods:

• JazzCash — confirmed via MPIN in the JazzCash app; credited to your VA999 wallet instantly upon confirmation.
• Easypaisa — confirmed via MPIN in the Easypaisa app; instant credit upon successful confirmation.
• Raast — real-time interbank transfer via Pakistan's Raast instant payment system.
• Bank Transfer — standard interbank transfer in PKR; processing times depend on your bank's clearing schedule.
• Debit and Credit Cards — PKR card transactions processed via our payment gateway; timing varies by card issuer.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed on the Deposit page. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier. VA999 does not charge a platform-side fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank separately.

Deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing from a third-party account — whether a family member's JazzCash wallet or another person's bank account — is not permitted and may trigger a withdrawal hold pending investigation.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals are paid back to the same PKR payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification status and applicable limits. VA999 does not apply a platform-side fee to withdrawals.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, VA999 may require identity verification documents. This is standard practice and is not a reflection of any concern regarding your account specifically. Providing accurate documents promptly ensures there are no unnecessary delays to your withdrawal.

Withdrawal processing timelines:

• JazzCash & Easypaisa: Typically processed within a few hours of approval; actual credit time depends on the payment network.
• Raast: Near real-time once approved from VA999's side.
• Bank Transfer: One to three business days depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• Cards: Three to five business days depending on the card issuer.

Withdrawals can only be made from your real money balance. Bonus funds that have not yet cleared their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. The platform's wallet clearly separates your real money balance from any active bonus balance at all times.

6Bonuses and Promotions

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet slip is confirmed, the odds are locked in regardless of subsequent market movements.
• Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body — the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for domestic PSL matches, and the International Cricket Council (ICC) for international fixtures.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before the minimum number of overs or playing time required for settlement, bets will be voided and stakes returned.

• Live Casino: If a round has been initiated and a result declared by the dealer before the connection dropped, that result stands. If the round was not completed, the round is typically voided and the stake returned.
• Slots: Incomplete spins caused by a platform-side error will have their stake returned. Incomplete spins caused by a player closing the browser are not automatically refunded — check your account balance on reconnection.

10Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on VA999 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and a permanent ban from the platform:

15Governing Terms and Contact
